The rooms are super modern with comfy beds. the staff are super nice and helpful, i tell you! the location is great for train travel. It's only five minutes from the train station. breakfast has wonderful cappuccino!
Our shower rainfall shower head didn't work, though the handheld did, when not in the bracket. the shower door seal didn't work properly, so the water spilled. this meant i couldn't shower properly . This was a major inconvenience!

The location is ideal near the train station, about a 5-minute walk. The staff was friendly.
The hotel photos online are misleading. They do not accurately represent the hotel. The walk to the hotel goes through an industrial area. I also experienced maintenance issues as I had to call late at night to fix a light.

the staff were AMAZING!!! i felt so welcome. the receptionist even ordered a takeaway pizza for me, exactly what i needed after a long day. breakfast was also lovely. the server was so helpful and friendly.
The shower in my bathroom didn't work properly. Only the handheld shower head worked, not the rainfall one. i reported this straight away, but it wasn't fixed . the shower door seal also didn't work, so water spilled everywhere. it wasn't great in such a hot place.

The staff at check-in were helpful. the hotel provided great blackout curtains. i found the room clean. breakfast had a good variety of items. It finished at 10am! i noticed i could walk easily from the train station to the hotel. the staff were attentive and i appreciated this.
a minor detail, the shower door seal in my bathroom didn't work properly, it caused some water to spill.
